Maharashtra सरकार ने एक ऐतिहासिक निर्णय लिया है — अब राज्य के ITI (Industrial Training Institutes) और Technical Schools को शाम के समय Community Learning Centres (सामुदायिक शिक्षण केंद्र) में बदला जाएगा।
यह कदम देशभर में Skill Development Revolution की दिशा में एक बड़ा परिवर्तन माना जा रहा है।
👉 The Times of India के अनुसार, यह कार्यक्रम 2025 से चरणबद्ध तरीके से शुरू किया जाएगा।
🌟 What Are Community Learning Centres?
Community Learning Centres (CLCs) का उद्देश्य है —
“हर नागरिक को lifelong learning और employable skills से जोड़ना।”
दिन में जहाँ ये संस्थान ITI और technical training के लिए खुले रहेंगे, वहीं शाम को ये केंद्र local youth, women, entrepreneurs और artisans के लिए skill development hubs बनेंगे।
मुख्य उद्देश्य:
- युवाओं और वयस्कों को नई skills सिखाना
- Entrepreneurship को बढ़ावा देना
- Digital literacy और AI-based training उपलब्ध कराना
- Local economy को मजबूत बनाना
🔧 Courses to Be Offered (नए कोर्स जो शुरू होंगे)
महाराष्ट्र सरकार के अनुसार, इन Community Centres में traditional और modern दोनों तरह के courses चलेंगे।

🤝 Partnership with NITI Aayog & AICTE
यह initiative सिर्फ राज्य सरकार का नहीं है — इसे NITI Aayog, AICTE, और Skill Development Ministry के सहयोग से लागू किया जा रहा है।
AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) इन सेंटर्स के curriculum और certification standards तय करेगा।
NITI Aayog ने कहा है —

🧩 Pilot Phase & Future Expansion
पहले चरण में यह योजना 10 जिलों में शुरू होगी —
Pune, Nashik, Nagpur, Kolhapur, Aurangabad, Jalgaon, Nanded, Mumbai Suburbs, Solapur, and Wardha.
2026 तक इसे राज्य के सभी 36 जिलों में लागू करने का लक्ष्य है।
इसके अलावा, राज्य सरकार ने private industries और NGOs को भी इस योजना में भागीदार बनने का निमंत्रण दिया है।

Nashik में एक ITI campus ने पहले से यह मॉडल अपनाया है।
यहां evening sessions में 200 से ज़्यादा लोग solar panel installation और AI basics सीख रहे हैं।
स्थानीय महिला self-help groups ने भी entrepreneurship training में भाग लिया है और अब अपने digital marketing startups चला रही हैं।
